MEET TORI
Glory for TORI! Strong-willed. Elegant. A bit dorky. Our TORI Tractor is truly one of a kind and doesn’t care for being labelled! This progressive lace-up shoe made from high-quality, black leather sports a blunt square shape balanced out by a substantial, almost sculpture-like heel with a generous base. But wait, this special design concept is not done offering details yet: Two silver hook eyelets create the perfect degree of toughness and elevate the overall look of this extraordinary style.
SIZING AND FIT
Our TORI runs true to size. However, if you are in between sizes, we recommend that you size down. You might be unaccustomed to having a little bit of extra space in the front due to the wider, square shaped toe box. While in the past we have often squeezed our feet into pointed shoes, this new experience is quite deliberating! Please feel free to contact us for an individual size consultation.
Find our international size guide as well as an overview of all insole lengths here.
Materials: Leather upper, leather insole and lining, TR outsole, PU heel.
All our leathers exclusively originate from tanneries that have been rewarded with the Gold Standard by the NPO Leather Working Group.
Measurements: Shaft height ca. 5,5 cm, Counter hight ca. 6 cm, Heel height ca. 5,5 cm, diameter of the heel base ca. 11 cm. Please feel free to ask for measurements of a different size.
TORI ain’t shy, that’s for sure. However, she doesn’t claim center stage but shines bright in all kinds of outfits. This unconventional lace-up shoe works wonderfully within minimalistic and eccentric stylings alike. When it comes to skirts, a short, high waist one will look fabulous – finish off the look with an oversized Vintage blazer and some special tights or knee socks. For pants, we recommend either cropped (e.g. Bermuda-length shorts) or excessively long (e.g. wide leg wool pants) versions. Cool stirrup leggings are great options as well. Generally, the rule of thumb is: Keep it simple on the bottom half and go wild with your tops, think of a statement blouse with Peter Pan collar, for example.
All shoes stay in their best condition possible when you take care of them on a regular basis. This includes storing them in their enclosed dust bag which will prevent exposure to sunlight etc.
Every now and then, you may dust off your TORI tractor shoes with a dry cloth. When they have collected some dirt, use a damp cloth (you may add a bit of leather cleaner solution), a multi-purpose foam cleaner or wet wipes especially for leather. For an extra portion of shoe love, go ahead with leather milk or (black) shoe polish. The outsole and heel can be cleaned with a wet cloth as needed.
